Custodial Assistant Supervisor - Evening
Siena College is accepting applications for the full-time, 12-month position of Custodial Assistant Supervisor- Evening. Reporting to the Custodial Supervisor, the Custodial Assistant Supervisor Evening is tasked with assisting the Custodial Supervisor in maintaining the campus cleanliness to the highest standards. The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for the training, scheduling and supervision of tiered custodial staff members that cover all campus buildings and facilities. This position is also responsible to inventory all supplies, inspect regularly all equipment for defects and report to the Supervisor any necessary repairs. In addition, this position assists with record keeping and utilization of our CMMS (computerized maintenance management system). The Assistant Supervisor also assists with Event support, snow removal operations, disaster recovery and building relief efforts, and serves as a point of contact for emergency operations.
